Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu warned of action against some media
houses, if they continue to disseminate false news that the water at
pushkara ghat polluted and it contained bacteria.
Addressing a press conference in the Command Control room here today, he said that the government would react appropriately against the media houses for spreading of false news that the water quality was poor.
Meanwhile, officials showed the Chief Minister on monitor the drowning of a six-year old boy at Padmavathi bathing ghat yesterday, which was recorded by CCTV cameras. The Chief Minister termed the drowning of the boy as unfortunate.
