Vijayawada: Krishna District Revenue Officer Cherukuri Rangaiah has asked the Mandal development officers to prepare estimations for the Krishna Pushkaralu works to be held at 80 ghats and 38 Pushkar Nagar in the district in August 2016. The RDO on Tuesday conducted a review meeting with the Mandal developmental officers and Panchayat Raj department officials at the Sub-collector’s office and directed the latter to prepare estimations for the works.

Vijayawada: Krishna District Revenue Officer Cherukuri Rangaiah has asked the Mandal development officers to prepare estimations for the Krishna Pushkaralu works to be held at 80 ghats and 38 Pushkar Nagar in the district in August 2016. He said the tenders would be called
for arranging tents, footwear stands, drinking water supply, parking
stands and other works to be held at 80 Pushkaralu ghats and 38 Pushkara
Nagar in the district. He said nearly three crore people are expected
to take part in the Krishna Pushkaralu. Ramaiah informed that the ghat
construction and development works are underway.
He said top priority would be given
for sanitation and instructed the officials to estimate the quantity of
bleaching and phenyl required during the Krishna Pushkaralu.
